Fynqx is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This document outlines the standards, practices, and safeguards we maintain to keep our community — and especially minors — safe from child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related harms.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Fynqx has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, endangers, or victimizes children. Violations result in:
- Immediate removal of the content.
- Permanent termination of the offending account.
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional and national authorities where required by law.
- Preservation of records as required by applicable law.
2. Age Requirements
Fynqx is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Accounts found to belong to users below the minimum age will be removed.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Fynqx:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including generated, animated, or edited depictions.
- Sexualized content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Grooming behavior, including attempts to develop inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Solicitation, exchange, or sharing of CSAM.
- Sextortion, blackmail, or coercion involving minors.
- Content that normalizes, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Sharing personally identifiable information of minors in a manner that could endanger them.
4. Detection and Prevention
To prevent CSAM and CSAE on Fynqx, we combine automated detection, human review, and community reporting:
- Automated detection: Uploaded media is screened using industry-standard tooling designed to identify known CSAM and sexualized content involving minors.
- Human moderation: Trained moderators review flagged content, escalations, and appeals.
- Behavioral signals: We monitor for patterns consistent with grooming, solicitation, and coordinated abuse.
- Account controls: Suspicious accounts may be restricted, rate-limited, or removed pending review.
5. In-App Reporting
Fynqx allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the app. Every user can:
- Report a post, comment, message, or profile.
- Select "Child safety" or "CSAM / exploitation of a minor" as a reason.
- Provide additional context to help our team investigate.
- Block and mute other users at any time.
Reports involving suspected child safety violations are prioritized and reviewed on an accelerated basis.
6. Reporting to Authorities
Fynqx complies with all applicable child safety laws. When we identify apparent CSAM or credible threats to a child, we report to:
- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, where applicable.
- Regional and national law enforcement authorities as required by local law.
We preserve related account information and content in accordance with legal requirements.
