Fynqx may review the counter-notification and take appropriate action.

Users who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others may face:
- Content removal.
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
6. Trademarks
Businesses and trademark owners may report unauthorized use of their trademarks. Fynqx may remove or modify content that unlawfully uses another party's trademark or falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
7. False Reports
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright or trademark complaints may result in:
- Rejection of the complaint.
- Restriction of reporting privileges.
- Account action where appropriate.
